What is our return/exchange policy for all purchases?

GrandBazaarJewelers.com wants all customers to be fully satisfied with every item they purchase.

We will exchange (or in some cases, send new replacement jewelry without the need for exchange) problematic items such as unnatural color change, broken item or missing gems upon arrival, and our manufacturer defects. All international orders are final sale and non-refundable. 

Eligible exchange item(s) must be notified within 15 days (5 days for wholesale) of the item delivery date or as otherwise stated.  All shipment fees for exchange items are paid by sender.  Don't worry! We will credit your account the cost of shipping towards any new purchases too.
